We provide FREE Domestic and Canada shipping on orders over $150, mostly, by USPS delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. If you are located within the U.S., your order should arrive within 2-7 business days. For Canada deliveries, it may take up to 7-14 days. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details regarding your order's delivery status. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order is not what you were looking for, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. We also offer free exchange services to ensure you get the product you need. Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@yeesinyc.com with your return or exchange information, and we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

We kindly ask customers to cover the cost of return shipping. If you are located outside of the U.S., you may also be responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.

For your convenience, we could offer return shipping labels. The cost of domestic return shipping is $9.99 per bag. However, we are currently unable to provide an international return shipping label.
